No one under 18 is permitted to bathe or groom an animal.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All animals must be under restraint by an adult at all times according to Livonia Code of Ordinances.
All owners are responsible for cleaning up animal waste in and around the building
    and parking area according to Livonia Code of Ordinances.
Dogs aggressive to people or other animals must call ahead.
